    Use your SmartService account, then biometrics on later visits.

    Check a device in

    Create the service record, add the customer and take the condition photos at the counter.

    Sell or receive

    Scan items into a sale, or scan a delivery against its purchase order.

    Carry on at the desk

    The record, the sale or the receipt is already there in the web app.

Scanning where the stock is

The phone's camera does the scanning, so receiving and look-ups happen at the shelf.

Receiving against the order

Scanned items are checked against the purchase order lines, and a receipt you leave half done can be picked up again later.

Photos straight to the record

Condition photos taken at intake are attached to the device on the service record.

Same rules as the web

The app uses the same account and permissions. What a role cannot do on the web, it cannot do on the phone.
