Service centres
Many technicians, several warehouses, one set of records
When a dozen people touch the same repairs and the same parts, everyone needs to see the same facts and only what their role allows. Assign work, request stock from another warehouse and review who did what.
01A working day
A day in a service centre
The front desk, the benches and the stockroom working from the same records.
- 01
Take devices in at the front desk
Staff check devices in at the counter, or customers fill in their own details on their phone from a QR code. Each record gets a receipt and a device label.
- 02
Assign to a technician
Give each job to a technician. They get an in-app notification and work their queue in the table or on the Kanban board.
- 03
Request parts from another warehouse
A technician raises a stock request. The other warehouse can fulfil part of it now and the rest later, and every transfer is recorded.
- 04
Keep customers informed
Every status change is kept in the record's history, and can send the customer an email or SMS with their tracking link.
- 05
Review the week
Check the service and technician workload reports on the dashboard, drill into the numbers and export them to CSV or XLSX.

03What matters
What a service centre needs to get right
Control without slowing the benches down.
- Permissions
- Each role gets view or manage access per module, so a technician can work repairs and request stock without seeing finance or settings.
- Accountability
- The activity log records each action with the user, time and IP address. Status changes are kept on every repair.
- Warehouses
- Stock is held per warehouse, shelf and location. Shelf occupancy shows where there is room, and stock cannot be sold below zero.
- Capacity
- Set your workshop capacity and deposit rules in settings, and see open work per technician in the workload report.
- Languages
- The interface runs in Turkish, English and German, and legal text can be set per language.
04Questions
Questions shops like yours ask
01Can technicians be kept out of finance?
Yes. Permissions are set per role and per module as view or manage, so a technician role can work on repairs without access to finance.
02Can we run several warehouses?
Yes. Each warehouse has its own shelves and locations, and stock moves between them by transfer or stock request. All warehouses belong to one business workspace.
03How do new staff join?
An administrator invites them and assigns a role. New workspaces themselves are approved by an administrator after signup.
04Can existing data be brought in?
Yes. Master-data import analyses and validates your file before it runs, and you can re-import without creating duplicates.
