01What it handles

What happens at the counter

The sale screen covers the everyday counter work and the awkward cases too.

  • 01

    Scan to add

A USB barcode scanner adds the product to the basket. Products can carry several barcodes, so supplier and shop codes both work.

  • 02

Price, discount and VAT per line

Change the price, give a discount or set the VAT rate on a single line. Totals are recalculated as you go.

  • 03

    Stock from the right place

Choose which warehouse or storage location each line comes from. A sale cannot take more than is in stock there.

  • 04

    Hold and resume

Park a basket while the customer fetches something, serve the next person and pick the first sale up again.

  • 05

    Three VAT modes

Standard, margin and reverse-charge VAT. For margin and reverse-charge sales the receipt carries the legal note.

  • 06

    Returns and credit notes

Take goods back against the original sale and issue a credit note. Returned items go back into stock.

Barcode checkout

One scan tells the counter everything

Scan a product with a USB barcode scanner and the sale knows which variant it is, where it is stored and which devices it fits.

  1. 01

    A box on the counter

A customer brings a charger to the counter.

  2. 02

    Either barcode works

Products can have several barcodes and aliases, so the supplier's barcode and your own label both scan.

  3. 03

    The product record answers

The variant, the compatible device models, the stock location and the quantity come with the scan.

  4. 04

    Straight into the sale

The line lands in the sale with its own price, discount and VAT, and the stock location it is sold from.

02How the work flows

One sale, start to finish

The same steps whether it is a phone case or a set of parts for a trade customer.

  1. 01

    Build the basket

Scan or search products, pick the stock location and adjust price, discount or VAT where needed. Fullscreen mode keeps the counter screen uncluttered.

  2. 02

    Attach the customer

Add the customer to the sale so it appears on their record.

  3. 03

    Take payment

Cash, card, bank transfer or several at once. Each method posts to the cash register or bank account it is linked to.

  4. 04

    Print and move on

Print the sale receipt on your own layout. Stock and the cost of goods sold are updated with the sale, so profit per sale is known.

03Closer look

Split payments without a calculator

Part cash, part card, part in another currency: the screen keeps the remaining balance for you.

1

Several methods on one sale

Add as many payment lines as you need until the balance reaches zero.
2

Other currencies

Take payment in a foreign currency. The exchange rate used is stored with the sale, so the figures stay the same later.
3

Money lands in the right place

Payment methods are linked to cash registers and bank accounts, so the till count and bank matching start from the sale itself.
