01What it handles

What a customer record holds

Enough to recognise a returning customer at the counter and keep them informed without phone calls.

  • 01

    Customer number

Every customer gets their own number, so two people with the same name are never mixed up.

  • 02

    Phone search in any format

Type the number with or without the country code, spaces or a leading zero. The search still finds the customer.

  • 03

    Addresses

Keep more than one address per customer for invoices and delivery.

  • 04

    Saved devices

Devices with their IMEI or serial number stay on the customer. The next repair starts from the saved device.

  • 05

    Consent on record

KVKK and GDPR consent is stored with the customer, so you can see who agreed to what.

  • 06

    In-app inbox

Staff see new events in a real-time inbox inside the app.

Customers

The customer sees what the shop sees

Customers check themselves in from their own phone and follow their repair through a tracking link, without an account.

  1. 01

    Scan at the counter

The counter shows a QR code. It opens a check-in form on the customer's phone that stays valid for 20 minutes.

  2. 02

The customer types, not the staff

They enter their own details and device and see your consent text. The record appears in the shop straight away.

  3. 03

    Staff move the status

The technician changes the status from the queue as the repair progresses.

  4. 04

    The customer is kept informed

Using your email or SMS templates, the customer gets a message about the new status with a link to the tracking page, which shows where the repair stands.

  5. 05

    Links you control

A tracking link can be rotated or revoked at any time. A revoked link stops working.

02How the work flows

From first visit to the next one

The customer is created once and reused everywhere.

  1. 01

    Create or find the customer

At the counter, by phone search, or from the customer's own phone through QR self check-in.

  2. 02

    Record consent and devices

Save the consent they gave and the devices they brought in.

  3. 03

    Send updates by template

When a repair changes status, an email or SMS goes out from the template for that status.

  4. 04

Pick up where you left off

On the next visit, saved devices, past repairs and sales are already on the record.

1

Templates per status

Write an email and SMS text for each repair status, with placeholders such as customer name, service number, status, tracking link and estimated delivery.
2

Test before it goes out

Send a test message to yourself to check the wording and placeholders.
3

A link you control

The tracking page needs no account. Each link expires after 90 days and can be renewed or revoked.
